The practice, in person

The work starts
with knowing you.

Your story. Your questions. The things you want to be able to do.

From a one-to-one assessment to a small training group, Ashley makes space to understand the person behind the goal. That attention is at the heart of Abundant Mind.

Time to listen. Attention to the details.

01

Time to listen

Your history, your questions, and your day-to-day life help shape the work.

02

Room to learn

A place to ask why, build awareness, and take an active role in your own progress.

03

People beside you

Personal coaching and small groups make room for encouragement, familiarity, and belonging.

The people. The practice. The tribe.

Different journeys.
Growing together.

Young athletes. People reconnecting with movement. Training partners who become familiar faces. Across Ashley’s work, the connection is personal—with time to be seen and people to share the journey with.

Youth training & recovery

A strong start.
A circle of support.

Young athletes bring school, sport, family, and big hopes into the room. Ashley’s approach makes space for the person growing through all of it.

Individual attention to movement and recovery gives them room to learn, ask questions, and take part in their own training journey.

Meet Coach Ashley

Athlete. Coach.
Student of the whole.

Ashley began as a competitive athlete at 12 and ran professionally from ages 23 to 28. Her path through corporate gyms and human performance eventually led to building her own practice in 2018—a place where education, spirituality and deeply individualized coaching can coexist.

Her approach draws on 15 years of coaching and training experience, along with advanced study as a CHEK Integrated Movement Specialist L3 and Holistic Lifestyle Coach L3.

Her work does not replace physicians, physical therapists or other licensed providers. It complements the larger care team by asking better questions and helping clients understand their own patterns.

This isn’t about diminishing anyone’s work. It’s about honoring what’s possible.

Your next step can be simple

You can ask for more.
You can expect better.

Tell Coach Ashley what you’re navigating. Together, you’ll decide whether this is the right place to begin.
